Unless you have experience and access to the Adobe Creative Cloud, you may find it difficult to edit videos for your social media pages. I recently found a free tool that makes video editing easy for beginners and is relatively simple to use.
For instance, I edited this video in less than 10 minutes. Granted, I knew exactly what footage I wanted to use and I’ve had some video editing experience, but I found this video editor to be easier than using something like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
The video editor is called CapCut. It has some good free features and is available for mobile, PC, and Mac. If you don’t want to download the software, you can create a free account and edit from their website.
I haven’t played around with all of the free features, but CapCut seems to have everything you need for basic editing. There are more features in the Pro version, but for someone just starting out or just editing personal videos, it’s a great start.
What are your thoughts? Will you be trying this software? Leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.
